Ya guuuurl found out a few days ago that she's pre-diabetic... π Finally an explanation for why I'm SO tired after work each day, beyond the usual. So I've done a huge overhaul of my diet, sorting out more exercise, and hopefully I can reverse this and escape getting fully fledged type 2 diabetes π€ Alwayssss something going on in my little life.
