They told me in the dream I was essentially at a convention walking around as the Winter Soldier, but no pants on, just shiny silver undies with a red star on the front.Considering that DragonCon's Thursday night features a debaucherously infamous 'underwear party' where everyone dresses up as popular characters, but in their underwear I instantly knew that I should make the costume. With limited time (literally 3 days of time) to get the costume together I decided I'd go beyond what my friend dreamt and instead of wearing silver metallic undies, I'd make a giant metal cock I could slip my own inside of then close up around the base.
Topping it off with crotchless fishsnet undies, a Winter Soldier spandex shirt, simple fingerless gloves and a Winter Soldier muzzle/mask, it was a smash success.
Only at DragonCon could I get away with putting such little clothing on and strolling around between 4 different hotels in Downtown Atlanta. I was VERY popular, so many people laughed and shook their heads. One man shouted "OMG Hydra! WHY?! WHYYYYYYYYYY!?"

A few times it almost slipped off but I managed to wrangle things back into place, much to the dismay of a number of people who saw the near wardrobe malfunction happen.
That night I earned the nicknames "Wiener Soldier," "Winter Seaman," and "Fucky Barnes." When someone would stop me to take a pic or pose with me, I'd always whisper "Winter is coming, tonight." Which always got a huge laugh.
Probably the most comfortable costume I ever wore since Xandir from Drawn Together. Also got groped A LOT.
