Took my shoes off and went into the state park to do a little grounding today, water was clear to the bottom.. beautiful. Swipe right.. I get lost and anxious in this business and with a large family it’s always hectic. It’s nice to come back to myself, and really get connected with my inner self and focus on my next step to becoming better. I’ve had a traumatic shit life, who hasn’t right? I’m finally out of survival mode Our parents didn’t teach us how to simply BE present with ourselves. They weren’t taught either. We have so many resources now to become better and self aware.
