Don't forget to stretch before any rigorous physcial activity!! Wouldn't want you to pull a muscle :p
Speaking of muscles - Mine have been soooo tight lately... Honestly I haven't been taking care of them well enough since I've been working out sooo much lately! They're looking good but needed some serious stretching
SO I figured it was time for a stretch class. And not just any stretching at that - a full 30 minute stretch class... All while nude!
You can see every bit of my body as I move through poses, mostly focusing on lower body. Bending over, working my hips, booty, legs.... It all feels so good and looks so good too hehe
So enjoy gym class with me! Maybe we can fanatasize about you helping me stetch next time ;)
