One of the most valuable habits I've implemented is a digital detox. 📵 Every night I put my phone away at least an hour before bedtime and it's just magic! I sleep better, wake up in the morning without anxiety, and feel calmer overall. 😌
I've also discovered meditation and breathing practices. 🧘♀️ It helps calm the mind, focus on the present, and just feel harmony within myself. It's especially cool to do it with a scented candle or essential oils! 🕯️💆♀️
And of course, the little joys! 💕 I recently bought myself a beautiful notebook just because I liked it. 😍 I wrote down my dreams and plans in it - and I feel inspired inside.
