I found that even if I’m not on top of my game every single day, it’s okay! It’s fine. My value doesn’t diminish if I don’t work myself to the ground every day and night. I learned that I do need breaks sometimes, and I do need some time away from screens and people. It’s so important to feel balanced. Yes, time is the most valuable asset we have in life, our most precious, but I don’t have to be miserable for my time to be well invested all the time. Sometimes it’s okay to sleep all day. As long as you have balance and you listen to your needs. 💕
