One of the reasons I’ve decided to get fit is because I’m part of a group which helps protect wild life against hunters. From next month hunting groups across the UK will plague the countryside with their weapons to trap and hurt foxes and other animals. I’ve seen some horrendous atrocities during my time as a hunt saboteur and I want to do everything in my power to keep animals safe. Normally when our group goes out it entails a lot of running, either to secure the safety of an animal or to get illegal activity on camera. My cardio has always let me down in the past and the harsh winter months are Hell on my lungs, so I’ve been running regularly and going to the gym!
