Here it is: a 30 minute long video of my gurgling belly! I do not know what made my belly so upset, but after dinner my lower belly felt really tight and bloated and the food and gas bubbles were rumbling through my belly like crazy. It was sooo noisy! I first recorded the video and the sounds afterwards, so you have a good audio 😌
