This morning after I got out of the shower, I was admiring myself in front of the camera as usual...π₯° Of course I only posted the beginning of this video because I'm completely naked afterwardππ
So, I found myself thinking how important it is to love yourself and your body. It's a great habit to admire yourself, to think about how beautiful you are.ππ« From my experience until you love yourself, people won't love you either.
I also do yoga every morning.π§πΌββοΈ it helps me keep my mind clear and helps me get in the mood for the day.
