What I eat in a day to Gain Weight! Unfortunately I didnβt record breakfast and the Katsu Curry got deleted mostly ππ
I eat the following;
- Full english
- Ham and Cheese Omelette
- Sausage Baguette
- 3400 calorie gainer shake
- 2 Five Guys Burgers and Fries
- Chicken Katsu Curry and Rice
- 2 Big Macs and 5 Chicken Selects
