🕑 Added 2024-01-31 16:46:53 +0000 UTC Guys, I signed an ascesis for 3 months last night đ𫶠This will be my longest ascesis ever, previously I've taken it for 6 days at most. What's an ascesis, you know? Ascesis is signing a contract with yourself to perform certain actions or on the contrary to refuse to do something for a selected period of time, in order to get the desired result/goal đđ The energy that will be allocated at this expense, I will use to realize my goals đȘŹđȘŹđȘŹ I set myself one huge goal under 4 necessary, daily actions and 1 refusal đ«ą Let's get better together, shall we?! What ascesis would you like to take? đ€·đŒââïž
