Update on refunds

So i can only refund through my payout balance, meaning the rest of the refunds will have to wait until August, sorry

Next month I'll be taking a hiatus from Patreon to sort some things out and work on some of the back log i've built up.I will also be refund those in the $3 since I don't feel that I've properly fulfilled that tier this month.
