Skyscraper Process
No side commentary this time because I wanted the main focus to be the images! I went through the same steps as usual, playing with gradients and adjustment layers until I got the colors exactly where I wanted them. The most frustrating thing was definitely adding small building details like repeating windows- I basically had to duplicate a square 20 times and then use the Free Transform > Distort tool to make it look like it was following the correct perspective.

Most double page spreads took somewhere between 30-45 mins.Materials: Fountain Pen ($2.50 from Daiso), Pentel Arts Aquash Waterbrush, Pilot Iroshizuk...

Sorry for the lack of updates! I got a rush of freelance work suddenly and I just moved to a new apartment so I haven't had much time to do personal drawings! Here are some sketches from my sketchbook. I like to do lots of observational drawings and go to figure drawing sessions to keep my eyes sharp. I usually finish a whole sketchbook of observational drawings every 2 weeks-1 month. Materials: Pentalic Traveler sketchbook, Ink Pen
