"Unfinished Business"
With my last text post, I asked you all what you wanted to see me working on for a stream! One user in particular said something I found interesting:"I think you should finish your work in the order you started."It got me thinking seriously about all the unfinished projects I had started over the years. There's an awful lot of them, that's for sure. I grew curious yesterday and began browsing my pictures folder on my computer, coming across several pictures that I may have only t...
Hey There, Pretty Momma
I love Animal Crossing so much, you guys. I've been playing since the Gamecube days, and I'm beyond excited for New Horizons on Switch.I got the itch to do some AC-themed warm-up doodles yesterday, and decided to take a stab at making the player character a little more proportioned. In Super Smash Bros., they look like little kids, but in New Leaf, they're a tad taller, more like teenagers. So I wanted to try my hand at a Villager-styled adult! But what I ended up with was something.....
Crazy Interview WIP
Thanks to everyone who came out to the latest Picarto stream! Here's what we have so far in terms of line art for the MC Adore/Reporter piece! The original sketch has gotten all distorted and hacked to pieces to make this pose work, but it's coming along!! Not much longer before we can call this one finished! There's no plans to color this piece, however, because this is a reward for the Coloring Book tier! My $7+ patrons will have access to a high-resolution downloadable version of th...
Stream tonight!! + A Question!
Hello again, Patrons!!It's been about a week since my last update! My apologies! My schedule at work hasn't been kind, so I wasn't able to draw like I would like to. I still have a lot of unfinished pieces that need completing, and lots more ideas that just seem to come bubbling up to the surface! But I need to focus!! If I keep stopping to work on something new, I'll never get anything done! So I come to you guys for guidance on what I should do next!Seeing as I was unable to hos...

Sonia's Study UPDATE #2
Have another WIP, Patreon! We got quite a lot done today, considering we started from scratch! Here's the (nearly completed!) line art for Sonia! Those soles were begging to get cleaned up!!This one's gonna look similar to the previous Sword & Shield images I did a few months back when it's done, so stay tuned and get hype!!
Sonia's Study
Pokémon Sword & Shield look SO DAMN GOOD, GUYS!! I'm all about the Wild Areas, all the new critters, and battles are looking better than ever! But oh my, were my eyes caught by the new characters... Especially Sonia, granddaughter and assistant of the Galar region's Professor Magnolia! Here's the sketch of my latest WIP, featuring a character I only just learned about mere hours ago! The granddaughter of a Pokémon professor must be well-versed in all the unique species if she wants ...
a bushel of apples
Here's the results of tonight's stream for anyone who missed it! My long-lost OC Apple Duncan is BACK after a ten-year absence! And, as you can see, she's got another ten years on her!!Now that she's lookin' fine and fresher than ever, I'm seriously debating holding onto her for future use. Maybe she'll find some way to interact with my other characters? Could she have a run-in with a certain weasel, or a smirking sorceress, perhaps? There's a lot of possibilities...
Freshly Ripened Fruit!
I ain't drawn in a minute, and I had to warm up somehow. The other night, I got hit with the idea of bringing back a long-forgotten character of mine. She never really fit in with my current cast, and perhaps that still ain't in the cards for her just yet... But I had first drawn her on a whim when I was still in high school, and back then, she was designed to be a child, only around 12 or 13 years old. Not much I can do in my current line of work with a character so young!I looked back ...
Apologies for my absence!!
Sorry for going silent, everyone! A lot has happened these past couple weeks! Allow me to fill you all in on what's been going on lately!First of all: work. Sara's recovery period is over, which means she had to go back to the newspaper. She ain't happy about it, and with neither of us on vacation anymore, it's really chewed into our time with each other. As for me at my local electronics store, a lotta folks in my area just graduated, and that means they all got graduation gifts...
Cheer Reader WIP!
Missed out on the latest stream, friends? That's okay!! Here's everything we've done so far!Already well into the line art, as you can see! The Rhythm Heaven style is pretty simple, and the lines are thick, so this one should be done a little quicker than most! Also, since you guys pledged $5 or more, you get access to all of my Patreon WIP's, including this one! Here's the link to the WIP's folder for you to view at your convenience on Google Drive!Hm, just one thing in th...

Oodles of Doodles Troubleshooting!
I've gotten a couple comments from some patrons who are having trouble accessing and extracting the Oodles of Doodles .zip folders! I want to make sure everyone who's paid for this tier gets access to these drawings, so allow me to lay out a step-by-step guide to correctly download and extract the folder!1. PLEASE DOWNLOAD THIS PROGRAMThis is PeaZip! Like it or not-- according to Microsoft, at least-- WinRAR isn't a free program, and it's getting harder and harder for long-time o...
Oodles of Doodles - Kanasta & Chaz
Here it is, patrons!! The very first collection for the Oodles of Doodles tier... and it's a biggun!!The focus of this first upload is Kanasta & Chaz, the same two characters featured in my introductory Patreon post!I scoured my hard drive and any abandoned accounts I had online for as many drawings as I could find, and wound up with more than 90 images!!Several of these pictures are sequential WIP's, like sketches and line art for artwork you may already be familiar with. BUT!! There ar...
POLL - Rhythm Heaven Fever!
It's time for my very first Patreon poll!! And this time, the spotlight is on one of my favorite games from the Wii era:Rhythm Heaven Fever!Back in 2016, I drew another Rhythm Heaven piece featuring Tap Trial Girl! I had a lot of fun with it, and I've been meaning to draw another one of the Rhythm Heaven girls in a similar scenario ever since. The problem is deciding which one of the many cuties to choose from! So I'm turning to Patreon!! Here are your candidates!Senpai - Featured in...
Why your pledge is important! +PLUS+ what's next!
Hey everyone! Today was my first day off in the last seven days, oof... Rough stuff to come back to after being off for two weeks!!Sara and I used today as an opportunity to speak to a mortgage officer at my local credit union, to see what we might qualify for. Our credit is actually much better than we anticipated, so we technically qualify for quite a lot... But we absolutely can't afford that kind of payment!!We want to get the ball rolling as early as this summer, so we'll be looking...
"You said no claws!!" FIRST DRAFT
Hello, Patrons! This is my first Patreon-exclusive post!! Since the "Oodles of Doodles" tier is included in every pledge of $3 or more, most all of you oughta be seeing this! I wanted to show you guys how my latest piece came to be! It all started... ten months ago!?This SAI file is dated July 2nd, 2018. I was actually in the process of trying to figure out what to do with Chaz, since I still couldn't figure out what to do with his design. I first hashed out a rough idea of his then-...
"You said no claws!!"
Nothing like a brand new piece of art to celebrate the launch of my Patreon page!! And what better way than to reintroduce my namesake, Chaz the Weasel!!This little guy hasn't been seen in over four years now, due in part to a troubled development period where I simply couldn't settle on his design. I was thinking too big... The boy needed to be a lot smaller! Now he could be hiding just about anywhere, ready to get into the nooks and crannies of any unsuspecting young lady's ticklis...
