Vacation delayed due to State of Emergency in Auckland - severe flooding, recordbreaking rainfall
Yesterday, all hell broke loose in Auckland. The rain just kept getting worse and worse, until the motorways flooded, the airport terminal and runways flooded and the airport had to be shut down, several shops and supermarkets were filled with water, some waist deep!
