There's a Tali model out and has been for some time with bodymorph features. It is, however, rather finicky to work with, and always starts off at a base state which means I have to effectively remake her proportions each and every time I use her. Additionally, her morphing features don't tend to end up on the smoother side, as you can see with this breast setup for instance.
