Hey all, sorry for the quiet weeks, we have been right in between our two biggest conventions of the year, FWA and Anthrocon, and just about HALF of the Windrose merch just came in, so we've literally been retrofitting the house XP It's exciting, but been very busy!I'll be catching up on posts over the next few days, so enjoy <3
No Remedy for Bitter Regrets
This is a free short story that was the result of a Stretch Goal from last year's Menagerie, the pairing/scenario was voted on via a public poll. I was prepared for the potential that the Isidor/Malachi pairing would win, but it turned out to be quite a difficult story to write. I hope I've handled it with care, but if the premise seems ghoulish to you... well, yeah. We're about to take off for FWA, so I wanted to drop these off before we scamper!
I did the Ghibli thing but for real.
Fuck AI. Absolutely disgusted by this AI Ghibli filter crap, and I'm standing in solidarity with real human artists who've taken to our pens to show our love for this studio and their films. This is my own small tribute. Adapting the style was challenging, but fun! And you'll never believe this, but I did it with my own human brain and hands.

Red Lantern - Windrose through Chapter 14
This will catch you up halfway through Chapter 14 of Red Lantern - Windrose. Chapter 14 is looking to be a long one, being as it encompasses several scenes. I will probably do a break and POV shift to Amon midway through, but we're not quite to that point yet.Also, we are almost at the 40k mark, which means we're about halfway through book 1!
