What an incredible experience this was!! The last photo, where Iβm smiling, was right aft er I got stung, you can see how stiff and nerovous I was. It was my fault for moving my arm quickly that I scared her! Iβm not sure why Iβm smiling because I felt so bad! This piece was published in shuba magazine with our (me and the photographer Alessandro Galatoli) message for the bees and for Mother Nature. We must work together, humans and nature to preserve and cultivate the incredible ecosystem...

Back in university, I played around a little bit with 3d rendering and printing.When an artist and friend wanted to make a 3d of me with her shibari art, I thought that I could do it π but Itβs extremely difficult to make a 3d rendering of an entire body from photos like these, especially without the right equipment. I ended up making a cluster of points that only somewhat resembled my torso.Please enjoy my failure seen here in what I decided to do with all of the pictures I now have of me ...

We were able to trust each other and create a deep connection by sharing parts of ourselves that only photography allows us to express, even though weβre on opposite sides of the lense. every time we photograph that connection, trust, and friendship, grows deeper.
