When you think about it Star's only really been exploring her little side properly for like...2 weeks. She's never really had much in the way of interaction with other folk up until the comic started though she has been a little since she was a little kid. So she probably has ideas on what sort of little she is but until you really get to interact in a play setting with others and to develop yourself though just having experiences then you learn a lot about yourself via your interactions...
