I sketched the roughs for all the pages of this comic a little while ago. When returning to a WIP, even one from not too long ago, it can be difficult to get back into the groove that I was in while sketching. It's helpful for me to make a new layer on top of my old "super rough" sketch and sketch a slightly more refined version, rather than playing in the muck of the rough layer.

It was only in the late stages of this page that I realized I had drawn Vanessa's hair backwards, flipped the opposite direction from the previous page. I wondered for a bit if anyone would notice or care. In the end it bothered me too much that I had forgotten such a basic aspect of the character, so I redrew the hair.
