REAL TIME VESPIDS!
Enjoy! <3ps: editing I noticed that i didn't record/lost a second very quick but useful pass of pure Cadmium Orange I did on the bodies between a first general cleaning and the precise one with white spirit! I mention it in the video, but here I can elaborate a bit more:So oil washes -> quick general clean-> reinforce of staining pure Cadmium Orange on the upper parts-> precise clean, just to get a more intense saturation on the orange ;)

My Greatest "Invention"! XD
A quick one to brag about the most satisfying recent addition to my tools ๐Cheap orbital sander, 3D printed universal clamp, voltage regulator, all screwed on a slab of wood to make the perfect (and cheapest!) vertical hobby sander!!!It made the cleaning of the chunky mold residues of the historical bust a walk in the park! 400->800->1000 grit sandpaper and of course I was wearing a mask the whole time.See you Sunday on Twitch with that new historical bust! ๐Have a lovely weekend ๐
FULL OIL SKAVEN in Real Time!
The pc blessed us with a quick and efficient rendering XDBUT turn down the volume because the music keeps coming out a bit louder than usual... I have to investigate this...In a few bits of the Youtube Video I used an anti shaking effect in Premiere, but here you can fully appreciate the extremely energetic nature of oil painting... You'll understand when you see my table shaking in the blending stages LOL; I'll have to reinforce the legs if I want to keep painting in oil... Enjoy!ps: we...

This Stuff Truly Happens! Ep.3
Yesterday night during the stream we were talking about the pinkish secondary light I'm using in the lower parts of my jaguar man and today I stumbled on a couple of examples where basically the same tonal light naturally appeared/is used as bouncing light!- It's a cloudy, rainy day, but even with the low power of that dim light, the bounce between the red car and my arm makes everything fluo pink with a thin, colder and darker terminator separating the two sources.- In the illustration ...

Back from an AMAZING weekend at FEN MODEL SHOW in the UK! ๐ At this point shows have become family reunions and this one totally felt like Christmas in mid summer ๐ฅฐ I love you guys... Vise Handle!
As seen on Twitch here's my vise handle! It works with M8 bolts and nuts that need a bit of hammer persuasion/heat to fit tightly and handle the torque.Give it a try ;)https://www.dropbox.com/scl/fo/qtg19yuk5xq4ee13z9gro/AAoH5GIN_SFQdnCIZQ9yR_g?rlkey=jlyz3avytf6xmt8lode0km6zs&dl=0
A bit too early? I don't think so! - 2025 WORKSHOPS
Hello guys!I'm starting to plan and set the calendar for next year's workshops, and since every 2024 event 100% happened naturally because of amazing communities and great organisers asking to bring my workshops in their cities, this year I thought to extend the news also to Patreon! The only essential element to organise one of these things is a place able to fit 15-20 painters for two full days of a weekend! With the venue in place, everything else is super easy to solve and I can give ...
Because you asked!
Hello guys!Duringthe last streams you asked me about how I organise my paints, so here you can find a few pictures! All my studio is on wheels so I can move every component to fit the task of the moment, but I rarely move around the painting area. Everything is in arms reach from my chair in the middle and at different distances depending on what I use the most/I tend to use on impulse without planning. The main table is based on the Ikea Pax wardrobe system and the left column is all about paints...
