Proud of my trail running legs, even when…

I just had a photo shoot and I didn’t realize my bruises from falling during a run on Monday were this dark! As a model it’s something I want to cover up, but as a trail runner it’s something to be proud of, a rite of passage. I got naked in these beautiful caves!

I did a long trail run that led up to this gorgeous cave and rock formation the other day, and just as I was climbing up, 2 people were leaving. I had the whole place to myself, got naked and took these photos! I definitely need to come back with a better camera/tripod or someone to help me take photos. Bathtub selfie 🥰

I’ve been taking salt baths more often to help me recover from my active lifestyle and many workouts! I’ve been working out up to 3 hours a day, doing Pilates, dance practice, running, and weight training. I've been inspired recently to organize my camera equipment to start taking with me on my nature explorations and frequent hikes I've been doing in some incredible natural areas. It's a bit more weight to carry around on the trails, but I think it will be worth it, and the extra weight can only make me stronger! I’m really happy to have shoots in Sweden while I’m here. They cover my flight expenses and enable me to right off the trip as a business expense.
