Payment change.

I've set my payment system to charge up front, which doesn't change anything for anyone already donating, unless you decide to increase your donation amount. Anyone new signing up will be charged for the month right away, which will let them see everything as soon as the payment goes through, and it stops folks from donating to see the goods and then withdraw before they get charged.

Commission Pricing Update

Hi guys!Paypal has added a new currency conversion fee, so now every time you withdraw foreign currency they charge you for it. For this reason, and also because I'd been planning this for a while now, to better reflect my workload, I'll be increasing my commission prices. However, only in the sense that I'll be using euros instead of dollars from now on to avoid the fee. The actual numbers will stay the same, it's just that the currency will be slightly different.
