T7 Experimental Cynthia 'frame pacing cut'

Greetings my T7 patrons!This is some extra technique I try to adapt from the other kind of animation (It's actually Guilty Gear to be precise.) I don't know the actual terms of the technique but imagine something like this.The faster characters move = more frames per second.The slower characters move = less frames per second.That basically it.
