Adventure High 0.19 Public Release
http://changermcgame.blogspot.com/p/blog-page.html This is kind of embarrassing. xD I forgot to actually post that I had done the public release just over a week ago on here. Anyways, yeah, the public release of Adventure High 0.19 is a thing that happened last week.Since I'm posting about the game anyways, I may as well mention that the next round of live updates will be starting soon. I am working on the next full sized splash screen, this one involving Sarah in her new doll form, and then...

Doll Sarah
So, here's a preview of a new potential look for Sarah coming up in the next update. It looks like Patreon is stretching the image out for some reason, so to see the non-blurry version you can click here:http://i.imgur.com/0gm6OEo.png

Adventure High 0.19 Patron Release
http://changermcgame.blogspot.com/p/private-beta.html I have finished all the features that will be in 0.19, and so here is the Patron Release. I think this one is once again one of the larger releases I've had. Numerous new scenes have been added, a new character introduced, two new spells, and two new major changes to the game mechanics. The mechanic for monsters fleeing in combat is probably going to need some balancing. So, feel free to let me know if it feels like monsters are fleeing to...
New character: Molly
Molly is a timid girl who has a bit of a self esteem problem. She has a gift for healing, but seems to be nearly incapable of casting any harmful magic at all. Afraid to be seen as a waste of time, she allows herself to be talked into earning some extra credit in Jane's class by allowing Dan/Rosa to cast their magic on her for practice.I do not have her alternate forms decided on yet, so if you guys have any suggestions, feel free to leave them in a comment below.

Julia Ensnared
I've just added a new spell interaction in the first scene with Julia to the live updates version of the game, with this bit of imagery to go with it. This one occurs if you cast grapple to stop Julia from leaving after she has been confused.
Return of the Live Updates
http://changermcgame.blogspot.com/p/4862-live-update.htmlChristmas may have put a delay on my work, but I have managed so far to remain on schedule. I finished the last drawing for the month a couple days ago and now have time to start working on the next update. I should still finish it on schedule as well. For the first update in the live updates, I went with a rather complex and frequently requested feature. Keyboard controls for combat! From my testing, everything *seems* to be working. I wil...

I have one left to go, and about 4 days left in the month. So, it's probably going to be close. I think I can pull it off though.
V0.18 High Res Drawings
Sorry, I am a couple days late posting these. My ISP has been giving me trouble because we apparently disagree on what "slow" means and it distracted me. (Incidentally their definition of slow access means disabling my internet completely until I call and complain.)Anyways, here are the high res drawings from this version of the game:http://i.imgur.com/Qd09WeY.pnghttp://i.imgur.com/NsFgiOP.png

Live Updates progress
http://changermcgame.blogspot.com/p/4862-live-update.htmlSo, it's been a little while since I linked to the live update version of the game, so I figured I would make a post about the progress I've made so far on it so the link will be easy to find for new patrons. This update has focused more on mechanics, balance, and new spells than plot, but I have managed to get a few new scenes done as well. If you find any bugs, feel free to let me know so I can fix them for you as soon as possibl...
Rough month, but still making progress.
So, I haven't made any actual posts yet this month, so I figured I would let you guys know what's up. I have one drawing that I finished a few days ago, but I have not yet heard back from the requester yet. I'll have it posted as soon as I do hear back from them though. This month may end up with the majority of my work being posted towards the later part of the month rather than the early part. This time of year is particularly hard on my girlfriend, so she keeps her mind off things ...

I just finished rolling for this months random request, and it landed on someone with a public profile this time: Paul Atreides.I've sent you a message, but in case you see this post first; feel free to send me a message with what you would like me to draw for you.
Getting health insurance didn't go as planned
Well, I met the health insurance goal, so I decided to go ahead and try applying during open enrollment. Apparently though, insurance is expensive as hell and although my estimated income is only around $2,400 for the entire year I somehow do not qualify for any discounts or specials. The lowest costing plan is nearly exactly that amount of money for a year, with a four thousand dollar deductible before they will so much as pay for a normal doctor visit. O__O That is just not mathematically possi...
