Improving older animations

Alright so one of my first steps in getting things up and running is improving upon some of the older animations I've done. In general I've always released my animations at 60 FPS for you all. But at times given my computer's own limitations at times it caused some lag I didn't want during some of it. This was something I had to essentially live with. But after testing out a lot of things and improving my computer, I've been able to go back and improve the smoothness of a lot...

Which Format?
