Witchbuilding Wednesday Returns!

And here's the last DM's Unscripted on record -- a 2019 wintertime duel between Tara & Tess, that escalated once some callouts went around. You think Ari was gonna let the other's show her up? This is some of the smoothest page work on record with the Demon Mages, and certainly could do with about five more pages and some polish -- so that's next. DM's UNSCRIPTED MONTH: SNOW WIGHT
It's brutal hot outside.Which makes it perfect for posting this old "Winter Special" I drew in 2016. A story with everyday 'magic'-as-science is a wild concept on it's own, so here are two comics that tried to grapple with it. Three years separates these roughs, but where the first story has a lot of attitude (and no finish), the second story might be a bit more vague, but everything cinches up nicely. Expanding on these -- a slice-of-life at the DM's house arrest (!?) -- was the goal, and is worth tackling again.

Would you play a Joust clone with Tess & Tara?Dragon Turkey 2 is their stalemate game -- they've been locked in a tie for years!These, I drew at a gaming convention back in 2014. Lots of fun expressions here; it's really one of the best setups for a 4 koma I'd done. Like an idiot though, I over-thought it, and backed off. But Tess the Centurion and Skull-Queen Tara can make a comeback!
