Bad news, everyone! I've just been to the physio, and after some poking and prodding, he has given me the shit news of a lower back sprain. Next to the nerve on my spine. It's not fun 😅. I'll be up and running (literally) again as soon as my pain has eased up! But for now, I'm stuck in this large bandage until Sunday.
