Trying to get motivated to workout again... Any tips? I have been battling a series of issues since my tumor removal surgery... Some of you know I have a looooong history of surgeries and untreated childhood whiplash that has resulted in compensatory issues over the decades - kind of getting to "fuck it" mode....and going to workout a ton anyway 😂
